1. Shipping Policy

We strive to get your custom laser-engraved items to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing (Handling Time): Since most of our items are custom-made or personalized, please allow 3–5 business days for design and production before your item ships.
  • Transit Time: We ship via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Refund & Return Policy

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our custom black slate, wood, and acrylic designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been engraved.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake made by us (e.g., a typo that differs from your order instructions), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

  • Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display product colors and textures (like wood grain and slate patterns) accurately; however, natural materials will have inherent variations.
